After 10 successful years in Québec, we are bringing our signature Connection Marketing experience to Ontario. For the first time ever, we are opening our doors to a limited number of women-owned businesses for our Ottawa event, which is now part of our year-long Successful Women series.

The Concept: More Than an Expo, It’s an Experience

We don’t do impersonal trade shows. The Successful Women Expo is an intimate, high-vibe environment where 50% of the audience is the general public and 50% are fellow business owners.

Our Signature Requirement: Every vendor offers a "mini-experience" at their table. Whether it’s a tasting, a live demo, a QR code for a digital gift, or a small treat, we ensure visitors stop, engage, and remember your brand.

Cost varies from 325 to 625 $ per vendor spot depending on visibility and promotion benefits. All details are below.

Secure your spot We require a $125 deposit upon registration and once paid, you will receive an automated form to provide your business details. The balance will be payable within 14 days.

Refund Policy: Once your registration is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.

The public Expos are a cornerstone of the Successful Women Program, offering vendors exceptional visibility and real interaction with the public. We are opening a select number of spots to women-owned businesses who are not yet a part of our program. Partner spots are open to all types of businesses and not limited to women-owned.
