For nearly 10 years in Québec City, the Successful Women Expo has been bringing together inspiring women business leaders, engaged entrepreneurs and a curious public in a space designed for what truly matters: human connections, authentic exchanges and visibility for businesses that lead with heart and impact.
True to its intimate and experiential DNA, this 8th edition takes place in the heart of Québec City, in the prestigious setting of the Hilton Québec.
The Concept: More than an expo - an experience
We don't do impersonal trade shows. The Successful Women Expo is an intimate, vibrant environment where the general public and business leaders come together in a warm and inspiring atmosphere.
Our signature requirement: every vendor offers a "mini-experience" at their table. Whether it's a tasting, a live demonstration, a QR code for a digital gift or a small personal touch, we make sure visitors stop, engage and remember your brand.

Who can exhibit at the Québec Expo?
Exhibition spots are primarily reserved for participants and partners of the Successful Women Program 2025–2026. This is what ensures the consistency, quality and unique spirit of each edition.
However, for this 8th edition, we are opening a maximum of 10 spots to selected businesses and partners outside the Program, including:

Rising stars or established businesses that were not aware of the Program when it opened

Women from other cities (from Québec or Ontario)

Corporate partners, open to all types of businesses, not only women-owned
These spots are offered by selection only and in very limited numbers.
To be considered, simply reserve your spot by paying the deposit below, our team will confirm your selection as soon as possible.

The cost ranges from $375 to $675 CAD +tx per spot, depending on the level of visibility, networking and promotion you choose. All details are below.
Reserve your spot: We require a deposit of $150 +tx at registration. Once your deposit is received, you will receive a form to provide your business details.
The balance will be due within 10 days of confirmation.
Refund policy: The deposit is refunded only if your application is not selected. Once your registration is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.
